• Default OF Work-Break Schedule - As RSICover
is based on research of Normal Day, Busy Day, Sore Day, Mcrobreaks based
on users¡¯ types of work, it is set by default of work-break schedule how
intensely you work on average. This allows RSICover to dynamically adjust
break frequency when you work more or less intensely than usual. This is
an important distinction from keystroke/mouseclick counters, because few
people have a good sense of what their average keystroke or mouseclick rate
is.
• Mouse Moving - Incorrect Click and Keycontrol
disturb works. The Mouse Moving feature is integrated with
RSICover, so that as a user depends more on these features, they can
work longer without a break.
• Adjustable break enforcement - Because the enforcement
of breaks can be a source of frustration to users, RSICover allows a user
to specify their ¡°skip, display stretches manually and take a break during
break time.¡± If a user has good willpower, RSICover makes it easier to
take breaks. If a user specifies that they want more enforcement, RSICover
will make it more forceful to take breaks.
• Start Break Timer when Windows Starts - You
can check the Start Break Timer when Windows Starts, When the window is
started, Break Program is activated automatically.
• Be Forceful - In case that you check the Be Forceful,
if you have your password, another user cannot change your program setting
during the Break program action. If your are possible, enter your password
before you set the timer and exercise setting. Though you don¡¯t enter
your password, Break program is acted. Your password only securities action
of your program.

| What is Frequency?
RSICover works by modeling a user¡¯s ¡°Frequency¡±. Frequency is a measure
of the absolute quantity of exposure to straining activity. Because there
is no standard unit for defining strain, RSICover defines it¡¯s own standard.
There are four types of Frequency that are modeled ? Frequency from work-time,
keystrokes, mouseclicks and mousemoves.
The values for various activities were derived with a baseline surface-Statistical
study of several computer users. Although the defined strain units do
have a theoretical absolute value, each person is different both physiologically
and in the way they work, so the values RSICover uses are an item of Use
Free at timer setting.
RSICover¡¯s work-break scheduling feature
RSICover¡¯s advanced work-break scheduling feature has 5 features that
make work restrictions much more meaningful and useful.

• User Free - RSICover models strain associated
with mouse and keyboard activity separately to properly represent the different
muscle groups they use. User Free allows a user to set the RSICover sensitivity
based on their personal physical health. Users can also specify whether
they prefer more frequent shorter breaks or less frequent longer breaks.
• Normal Day - Normal Day is days when you don't
feel pain and want to keep muscles stretched.
• Busy Day - Busy Day is set providing minimum
interruption.
• Sore Day - A frequent prescription for injured
workers is to restrict their use of the computer to a certain amount of
time per day. Sore Day is frequent interruptions to keep muscles limber
and this is days when you feel pain and want to keep frequently muscles
stretched.
• Microbreaks - RSICover lets a user specify
a minimum amount of time between breaks. This is set as one of other
Work-Break Scheduling types at timer setting. During the work, this provides
minute break and stretching. Computer users using microbreaks work with
low intensity by short and frequenet break.
