What is the RSICover Standard Edition

This model is based on how much you use the work-time, typing, and mouse activity, as well as using time break. The model takes into account typing intensity, quantity and quality of mouse clicking and mouse moving, hand-contortions from key combinations, the speed of typing, mouse clicking and mouse moving, natural resting patterns, types of work-break schedule and other factors. It also takes into account some factors that you define in the setup screen.

Setting up Timer Settings for use



To enable the RSICover, click "Setting Name" box at first.

Set the " Normal Day " to your best estimate of days when you don't feel pain and want to keep muscles stretched.

Set the " Busy Day " to your best estimate of providing minimum interruption. Sore Day is frequent interruptions to keep muscles limber.

Set the " Sore Day " to your best estimate of frequent interruptions to keep muscles limber.

And this is days when you feel pain and want to keep frequently muscles stretched. Normal , Busy and Sore Day are set by default of work-time, keystrokes, mouseclicks and mousemoves, as well as break time. It gives three types of default set above for the novice using break reminder software and it also gives the experienced them.

User Free is that User can freely set the frequency of time, keystrokes, mouseclicks, and mousemoves, as well as break time.

Microbreaks are that During the work, this provides minute break and stretching.

Setting up Exercise Manager for use



To enable stretches during breaks, click 'the List Exercise for' below of Exercise Manager at first.

You select one of all exercises at 'List Exercise for' and after you click one of four body parts in exercise above, check information to want to act at the Exercise Information in right.

You can set the kind of Exercises, repetition and exercise part.

List Exercise for Stretching is followed.

All Exercises exercise all of Back Loops, Finger Stretch, Neck Turns and Shoulder Shrugs.
- Back Loops exercise for back
- Finger Stretch exercise for hands, arms and wrists
- Neck Turns exercise for neck
- Shoulder Shrugs exercise for shoulder

If you do not check the Perform at Break, this exercise will not show to you when you take a break.

If you check in item of Perform at Break, stretching is performed when you take a break.
If you set the number of Repetition that one of four body parts stretched, stretching is repeated as the number of the exercise from 1 to 9.
Sides means that stretching is displayed during the break as a rule of Right of body is R, Left of body is L, and Both of body is B.

About the break window

When the Break Time pops up, Left Break Time is reduced. If you press play button during Left Break Time, movement of stretching is displayed. Or if you don't press play button , movement of stretching is not displayed and can take a break without stretching.You stretch the same movement as stretching displayed.

The break dialog above appears during a break. If you want to skip without taking a break, you can skip a break by pressing "Skip".
