RSICover registering/login
Login Box is that you enter your name and password
At first, after you have clicked Register, you register your name and
password.
And then you enter your name and password to have register in the Register
again.
Finally, you click OK.
Register follows.
Before you login, you must register your name and password.
If you do not register now, register your name and password.
