Research papers have shown the importance of short, frequent breaks. Computer users using microbreaks work with low intensity by short and frequenet break. Microbreaks are short(60 ~ 180 sec) breaks that give users just enough time to break with stretching, relax their muscles, and continue working, with minimal disruption.
