Help on Stretching with RSICover Stretch Edition

What is the Stretch Edition?
Setting up Stretching

What is the Stretch Edition?

Some experts believe that stretching during breaks can be beneficial for preventing repetitive strain injuries (RSI) or reducing RSI symptoms. The subject is controversial, however, and some experts believe that stretches can be problematic, especially for people who are already injured. With "RSICover Stretch Edition", you can view realized stretch demonstrations during your breaks to guide you through regular stretching throughout your day.

If you have no symptoms of RSI, then stretching may help you. If you have any symptoms of RSI, you should discuss the idea of stretching with your doctor before you begin using Stretch Break Technology. You should absolutely never do any of these stretches if they cause you any pain.

Setting up Stretching

To enable stretches during breaks, click 'the List Exercise for' below of Exercise Manager at first.

You select one of all exercises at 'the List Exercise for' and after you click one of four body parts in exercise above, check information to want to act at the Exercise Information in right.

Perform at Break is that stretching is performed when you break if you check.
Repetition is that one of four body parts stretched is repeated as the number of the exercise from 1 to 9.
Sides means that Right of body is R, Left of body is L, and Both of body is B.
