Setup Wizard

 


If you have installed RSICover Standard Edition or RSICover Deluxe Edition, try after you have set as the following steps. This program runs without error when it must have been exactly set in Timer Setting and Exercise Setting.

To run this program, follow steps

Step 1.

Click Timer Setting of Options in main menu of Work/Break Schedule of this program at first.

Step 2.

Select one of types of set name at the Timer Setting condition.

NOTICE: If you select one of Normal day, Busy day, Sore day, and Microbreak in types of setting name, the frequency and break time is automatically set as default. But if you select User Free, you must manually set the frequency of Computer usage time, Keystrokes, Mouse clicks, and Mouse moves based on your experience or advice, as well as Break Time. And then you must check mark in column next to the frequency of Computer usage time, Keystrokes, Mouse clicks, and Mouse moves. Finally, you must set Break Time.

Step 3.

Click Exercise Setting at the Options menu in the main menu of Work/Break Schedule of this program

Step 4.

Select all or one more of exercises based on your fatigue and body discomfort at the 'List Exercise For' setting condition.

Step 5.

Select one of four parts of body at the 'Exercise' setting condition after you have selected exercises at the 'List Exercise For' setting condition.

Step 6.

Check at the column of 'Perform at Break' , selecting 'Repetition' and then check mark 'Sides' in 'Exercise Information' setting condition. Other parts of body in the 'Exercise' setting condition will be set the same method as above.

Step 7.

You will be able to see the frequency of Computer usage time, Keystrokes, Mouse clicks, and Mouse moves being set as well as buttons of 'Start', 'Stop', and 'Exit' in the main display screen of Work/Break Schedule. Press 'Start' button of three buttons after you have set ¡®timer setting¡¯ and ¡®exercise setting¡¯.

Step 8.

This program start tracking your computer use. When you take a break after computer use, Break screen pops up and then you can select considering your body discomfort whether you exercise or not.

NOTICE: While taking a break, you must press VCR-like button for stretching.

You can set User Free, Normal Day, Busy Day, Sore Day and Microbreak based on users¡¯ types of computer use at timer settings. If you don¡¯t want default setting of four types i.e, Normal Day, Busy Day, Sore Day and Microbreak above, select the item of User Free and then set frequency and break time. After you have set one of five items at timer settings, you will do set types of exercise at exerscise manager.  

Type of User Free

You can learn usage of User Free by three examples below. Their conditions are based on the conclusion that is break interval and exercise adjustable to computer user after it has been experimented in the laboratory for a long time. You can select one of listed stretches for your body discomfort but a selection of stretches is dependent on workload, work type, computer usage, and more.

Example I  to select break interval and stretches at Timer Settings and Exercise Manager

Timer Settings for frequency and break time

Computer use time : 60 min
Keystrokes : 5000 strokes
Mouse clicks : 600 clicks
Mouse moves : 12000 moves
Break Time : 10 min

 ¡®All Exercises¡¯ is Finger Stretch, Neck Turns, Shoulder Shrugs, and Back Loops.

 After you have select ¡®Neck Turns¡¯, you will set up Exercise Information.
 After you have select ¡®Shoulder Shrugs¡¯, you will set up Exercise Information.
 After you have select ¡®Back Loops¡¯, you will set up Exercise Information.

 ¡®Name¡¯ is for the name of stretching.
 ¡®For¡¯ indicates the name of body part.
 ¡®Perform at Break¡¯ is for the performance of stretching when break screen pops up.
 ¡®Repetition¡¯ is the frequency of stretching at each part of body.
 ¡®Sides¡¯ is R(Right), L(Left), and B(Both) at each part of body.

Keystrokes : 4500 strokes
Mouse clicks : 500 clicks
Mouse moves : 6000 moves
Break Time : 5 min

 Break Time: 10 min

 Keystrokes : 6000 strokes
 Mouse clicks : 500 clicks
 Mouse moves : 100000 moves
 Break Time : 15 min

work.

 Keystrokes : 3000 strokes
 Mouse clicks : 500 clicks
 Mouse moves : 100000 moves
 Break Time : 10 min
